How does the 30-days free trial work?
Sign up for a ZilicusPM free trial and enjoy 30 days of using the full features of ZilicusPM solution with unlimited projects, users, etc. We believe, 30 days duration is sufficient to test full features of ZilicusPM & ensure if it is suitable for you and your team. Upgrade only if you are satisfied with features, perfomance. If you decide that don't wish to continue to use ZilicusPM during/after the trial period of 30 days, your trial will end automatically and no monthly fees will be charged to you. Your data will be deleted automatically. If you decide to purchase a ZilicusPM Subscription, all data that you would have created in your trial account will be available in your purchased account.
How can I make the payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal; securely through our authorized online payment retailer - 2CheckOut.
Can I opt for yearly payment option?
Yes, Absolutely. You can opt for the yearly payment option. We offer you two months free! i.e. For annual subscription, you will be charged, only for ten months (16.66% discount!). We would recommend you annual subscription, to save cost.
When will I be billed?
Your billing cycle begins immediately on the day you upgrade your subscription. If you have signed up for our yearly plan, you will be billed on the one-year anniversary of the month in which you were first billed. If new users are added during the billing cycle, you will be billed immediately on a pro-rated basis.
Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your account at anytime. Just drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel subscription. Please note, We do not offer refunds on any subscription already paid for.
How can I add more storage space?
You, login to your account, in the Admin page, click on Storage menu, you can upgrade your storage space as much as you want. Please refer to the storage upgrade charges for more details.

What is the minimum requirement to start using ZilicusPM?
All you require is compatible web-browser and internet connection to start using ZilicusPM. ZilicusPM works with Internet Explorer: IE8, IE9; Firefox 3.4 or higher, Google Chrome, Safari & Opera. We would recommend Firefox & chrome for better performance.
Do you offer volume discount or special instance?
Yes, we do offer discounts based on volumes for larger customers or special instances. You can request more information by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
Is there any special pricing for nonprofits and educational use?
Yes, absolutely. We offer aggregate 40% discount to non-profit organizations & educational institutions.
